Outlook caches the logon credentials. If you then logon to the same server, but as another user, it tries the cached credentials first. I'm using Outlook 2K3 with multiple accounts, several of which are SPA accounts on a Win 2K3 simple POP server. All of these accounts share identical settings (save the logins)
